curd- 1 bowl
chia seed – 2 tsp
RECIPE
– Soak the chia seed in water for 15 minutes…….. before preparing a smoothie
– cut the muskmelon in a blender
– Add curd to your desired consistency.
– Add chia seeds in the smoothie.
– Blend all the ingredients.
