HOW SMOOTHIE IS HELPFUL AND DIFFERENT THAN JUICE.

Smoothies have a lot of fiber in comparison to juice. Fiber helps in slow digestion, makes you feel full for a long time, helps in slowing down of digestion of carbohydrates and also helps in stabilization of blood sugar.

HOW TO PREPARE MUSKMELON SMOOTHIE.

INGREDIENTS

Muskmelon

curd-  1 bowl

chia seed – 2 tsp

RECIPE

– Soak the chia seed in water for 15 minutes…….. before preparing a smoothie

– cut the muskmelon in a blender

– Add curd to your desired consistency.

– Add chia seeds in the smoothie.

– Blend all the ingredients.

And your muskmelon smoothie is ready to drink.
